Hi! I am an experienced clinician that has focused my career on emotional health. I am person-focused meaning I will spend the time necessary to get to know you and what you are wanting to focus on and change. I practice under the fundamental knowledge and research that emotions are important and necessary as they are communicating needs that are not being met in a person's life. Our job together will be to discover what your emotions are communicating as well as how to get into routine practice of taking care of your overall health. I have experience and interest in the emotional stress that can come with physical health diagnoses as well whether that by for yourself or a loved one. I love my work and look forward to working with you!
